Zeroth Responder (zerothresponder.com) is published by ZR Media LLC. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter or request the Gap Index, we collect your email address through Kit, our email provider. We use it to send what you signed up for and occasional research updates.
Site analytics. We use GoatCounter to count page visits. GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. The Pixel uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit and your browser and device type. When you submit a form, it may also send Meta a hashed (encoded) version of your email address so Meta can match the visit to an account. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address except with the service providers that help us run this site and send email.
